SunCrest Fest is an annual fall celebration cohosted by the Cities of Crestwood and Sunset Hills, Missouri.

The SunCrest Fest Committee is currently in the planning stages for a spectacular 2026 festival. Your support of this continually well-attended event for residents of Sunset Hills, Crestwood, and the surrounding area helps make the Festival a true gem in South St. Louis County.

New ideas are in the works which will make the this year’s celebration one not to miss. Event date and details will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.




Sunset Hills and Crestwood area merchants are welcome to partner with us through numerous sponsorships opportunities to make the festival a success. The majority of the activities are located in Kitun Park with additional amenities and activities located on Eddie & Park Road near the Festival entrance. We believe opportunities for marketing your business or organization are exceptional during the seven-hour event.

SunCrest Fest anticipates attracting thousands of St. Louis County residents with:

  • First-rate musical entertainment (free to the public) in the afternoon/evening
  • Parade along Eddie & Park starting at 10:15 a.m.
  • Classic Car Trunk-or-Treat and Car Show starting at 11:00 a.m.
  • Quality family-friendly activities enjoyable for kids and adults from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Food trucks and refreshments
  • Community engagement and family fun



Sponsorship Levels

As an event sponsor, you will be recognized in multiple ways — on-site, online, and in various publications before and during the Festival — corresponding to your level of contribution.

We encourage you to participate in SunCrest Fest to enhance the Community and as a way to promote your business to our festival guests. Each sponsorship opportunity provides various ways your business will be promoted and corresponds to a level of contribution as indicated below.

We offer the opportunity for one Title Sponsor. This premium sponsorship provides top billing for the Fest as well as other exclusive benefits, including the option to be the Grand Marshal of the parade.

All sponsors are encouraged to use their booth space to engage with the Community and to make this year’s SunCrest Fest our best Festival ever. Our Partner sponsor and Platinum Level sponsors are offered premium booth spaces near the main stage, beer/beverage wagon, and food trucks. Gold and Silver Level sponsors are offered booth space located in high-traffic spaces among the inflatables on the Festival grounds.

All sponsors benefit from their logo and/or name included in digital marketing materials: Festival website, social media, Crestwood and Sunset Hills’ Parks & Rec e-mail blasts (distributed to 2,000+ households), and other digitally distributed marketing materials throughout 2025.


TITLE SPONSOR: $5,000

  • Only one availabe
  • Top billing with Sunset Hills and Crestwood on all printed materials, digital materials, staff shirt, and any other festival promotional items
  • Premium booth space to promote your business/organization (optional)
  • Three (3) logo banners: one located at the main stage and the others located at the Festival entry seen by visitors entering via shuttles
  • Grand Marshal of the Parade (vehicle and banner provided) and/or judge for Car Show, plus mic time at beginning of Festival
  • Logo applied to printed marketing materials including advertisements, posters, and flyers
  • Ten (10) day passes

PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $1,000

  • Platinum Sponsors may select to associate their sponsorship with a specific aspect of the Fest (such as Main Stage, Transportation, select inflatable activities, etc.)
  • Premium booth space located inside the fairgrounds to promote your business/organization (optional)
  • Two (2) logo banners: one located at the main stage, and the other located at the fairground entry seen by visitors entering via shuttles
  • Logo applied to printed marketing materials including advertisements, posters, and flyers
  • No refunds

GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $500

  • Preferred booth space near the Festival entrance promoting your business/organization
  • Two (2) logo banner visible: one located at the main stage, and the other located near the fairground entry and along the Boulevard
  • No refunds

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP: $250

  • Booth space promoting your business/organization
  • One (1) logo banner located on the Festival grounds
  • No refunds

OTHER DONATIONS

The program, outlined above, is intended to provide all participating businesses the opportunity to market their product or service by supporting specific aspect of the event, various activities, or to simply assist in defraying the cost of the festival. Cash donations are the preferred method; however, merchandise, gift certificates, and other services are welcome and very beneficial to the Festival. All donations are tax deductible under Section 170C (1) of the Internal Revenue Code.




Participation Ensures Success

Community participation in the festival ensures a successful event for you and the Community. Sponsorship at all levels include optional booth space. All sponsors are encouraged to use their booth space to engage with the Community and to make this year’s SunCrest Fest our best festival ever.

BOOTH INFO: Booth spaces are 12 ft. x 12 ft. No tables, chairs, or tents will be provided. No beverages can be sold or distributed. Any booth may sell or distribute food items. St. Louis County food service permits are required as well as a day-of county inspection for food booths.


BOOTH SUPPORTERS: $50

Supporter booths of all types offer added interest and variety for festival-goers. SunCrest Fest encourages all booths to promote their business or organization in a fun and memorable way — from serving and/or selling food, goods, or crafts to providing engaging games and activities for Festival attendees.



Sponsorships and Supporter Booth Sign-Up Deadline: October 15, 2025

Sponsorship & Booth Application available in June.

Booth location are assigned on a first come basis. Sign up early for booths closer to the entrance and higher traffic.

Sponsorships registered after September 25, 2025, are not guaranteed inclusion in some marketing materials or on shirt. Sponsorship registration closes October 15, 2025.
Donations may still be made up the Friday before the event.
