Festival Details — Stay Tuned

The 2025 SunCrest Fest Committee is currently in the planning stages for a spectacular 2025 festival. New ideas are in the works which will make the 2025 celebration one not to miss. Event date and details will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.

Kitun Park will once again be the site for the Festival, located at 12343 Eddie & Park Road. Activities will run from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and include exciting and fun attractions, games, live music, numerous food booths, kids activities and more! Free entry to the festival, but there are fees for attractions, food, drink, and games. Tickets will be available for purchase prior to SunCrest Fest as well as the day of the fun.

Tentative Schedule of Events:

10:15 a.m. - Parade Starts

11:00 a.m. - Fairgrounds Open

11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Car Show

1:30 to 3:30 p.m. - Live Music (opener)

4:00 to 6:00 p.m. - Live Music (headliner)

6:00 p.m. - Fairgrounds Close

Tickets for attractions and beverages may be pre-purchased in packages, or can be purchased the day of the event. Value of tickets for attractions and beverages will be posted during event.

ATTRACTION BRACELETS: Don’t worry about keeping track of tickets to be able to enjoy the attractions. Bracelets do not include drinks. Tickets must be purchased to pay for beverages.

Attraction Bracelets can be pre-purchased at the Sunset Hills Community Center (3915 S Lindbergh).

Parking is available for SunCrest Fest in the parking lot behind Enterprise Bank and Trust (3890 S Lindbergh Blvd). A short walk down Eddie & Park Road brings you to the Festival entrance (approximately 300 yards). A golf cart will be available for attendees with special needs to and from the Bank parking lot to the Festival Entrance.

There are two additional remote parking locations. A free shuttle will run throughout the duration of the event approximately every 15 minutes which will drop off attendees at the main parking area (Bank). The remote parking locations are:

• South Technical High School (12721 W. Watson Rd)
• Watson Trail Park (12450 W. Watson Rd)

Parking will also be available in Truman Middle School’s front parking lot after 2:00 p.m. (after the conclusion of the car show). Truman’s back parking lot will not be available due to construction.

There are several port-o-johns at each end of the Boulevard — near the Car Show in the Truman front parking lot, and near the festival front entrance just beyond the beer wagon. Hand-washing/sanitation stations are also nearby. One of the booths on the Boulevard also offers a Baby Changing Station.
